The module is now called Logfile::Tail.

Distribution Logfile::Read contains module Logfile::Read and script logfile-cat which provide the read-just-once logic of reading log files, across invocations, reading new lines as they get appended, and walking across rotated logfiles.

Download Logfile-Read-0.6.tar.gz, the latest release. There is also Fedora 16's source and noarch rpm available: perl-Logfile-Read-0.6-1.fc16.src.rpm and perl-Logfile-Read-0.6-1.fc16.noarch.rpm.
